CASE STUDY FOR ONE OF SOCIALLYBUZZ’S RESTAURANT CLIENT: ANGELO & MAXIE’S STEAKHOUSE, NYC
COMPANY OVERVIEW: Angelo & Maxie’s® Steakhouse is a full-service restaurant renowned for its thick, juicy high quality steaks and inviting 1930s atmosphere; the restaurant emphasizes friendly service and American abundance at moderate prices.
OBJECTIVES: Angelo & Maxie’s® Steakhouse wanted a platform where they could develop and maintain a relatonhip with new and existing customers directly through Social Media. They would use this social media presence to promote and announce daily specials, coupons giveaway and thank customers for dining with them.
SOLUTIONS: Sociallybuzz analyzed and documented their existing social media presence and developed strategies to create viral engagement between Angelo & Maxie’s and their customers. We assigned an Account Manager who set up a Fan Page with Angelo & Maxie’s visual branding, related information, photos, custom tabs, and who specifically monitor, moderate and created campaigns to activate Angelo & Maxie’s fans from cyberspace to in-restaurant dining.

QUICK OVERVIEW: We created branded online collaterals (including a custom printable Coupon, fan page marketing Banners, facebook ad banner, and a Web Page). When new fans visit the fan page they have to click “LIKE” in order to activate the Coupon. They are then taken to a custom built landing web page where fans can click and print there coupon directly from the web page.
